Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: Our methods of payment include the following: The touchless bays accept cash, Visa/Master and WashCard. Self-serve bays and vacuums accept WashCard and quarters only. A 10% discount is automatically added to WashCard purchases and recharge transactions of WashCard - whether cash or credit. We are also happy to set up fleet/commercial accounts or even family accounts if need be. These also receive a 10% discount if they are kept current.
We honor Visa, MasterCard and the Perks card; however we cannot accept checks.

Q: Can I use my Credit Card?
A: We honor Visa, MasterCard.

Q: What are your hours?
A: Market Place Car Wash is open 24 hrs for the convenience of all of our customers.

Q: What do I do if I have a problem?
A: We roll the office phone to our cell phones when we leave, so we are readily available if you should experience a problem, or you may choose to just leave a note in the mailbox on the office door in the lobby. Q: Do you offer Fleet/Business Accounts?
A: We are happy to set up fleet/commercial accounts to meet your needs. These accounts also receive a 10% discount if they that are kept current.

Q: What are the size limitations of your bays?
A: With a height restriction of 9'9", our self-serve bays accommodate most standard commercial vehicles quite well. Strictly at the owner's discretion, occasionally, our touchless bays have been successfully navigated by large pickup trucks equipped with duelies.

However the car wash and its owners/managers are not responsible for any damage received by any vehicle in our wash, regardless of the cause, should damage occur.
